• Weekly Lawn Maintenance
  Lawn maintenance includes mowing the turf on a weekly basis, 30 total visits, to a height of 2.5 to 3.5 inches, keeping the turf higher in the summer months. Turf will be mulched with no visible clippings or collected during heavy growing periods. All trees, sidewalks, beds, drives, posts shall be trimmed with a weed whacker at the same height as the turf. All clippings shall be blown off all sidewalks, drives, patios and beds. Lawn will have a manicured appearance upon completion.
• Fertilizer / Weed control Application
  Six (6) total applications of fertilizer and weed control shall be applied throughout the season. Slow release granular fertilizer is used to provide even distribution of product. Round 1 shall include pre-emergent crabgrass control and fertilizer. Round 2 shall include granular fertilizer and a blanket weed control spray which provides maximum control of weeds. Rounds 3 – 6 include granular fertilizer and spot weed control as needed. A flag will be visible near the driveway or entrance after application.
• Grub Control Application
  One (1) application of grub control shall be applied in June to prevent grub damage in late summer. Grub control needs to be watered in to activate the product. Grubs feed on the roots of the lawn and can permanently damage turf; grubs typically migrate towards lawns that are watered regularly.
• Core Aeration
  Aerating pulls plugs out of the turf which also de-thatches the lawn at the same time. Benefits include opening up the turf to allow water, oxygen and fertilizer to be more effective. Aerations shall be completed in the fall when the temperatures are lower. They can also be done in the spring if preferred.
• Deep Root Feeding
  Deep root feeding is an injection of fertilizer into the drip lines of trees and shrubs. This service is performed in late fall and lasts for a full year. Deep root feeding promotes strong root development and discourages disease.
• Bed Maintenance
  Planting beds shall be edged and weeded on a biweekly schedule to maintain a neat appearance throughout the season. Shrubs shall be touched up as needed.
• Tree and Shrub Pruning
  Trees and shrubs shall be pruned throughout the season to maintain a neat appearance. Main trimming shall be performed in late May or early June. All clippings to be removed and disposed and beds restored to original state. Winter dormant pruning available.
• Spring and Fall Clean Ups
  Lawn areas, planting beds, driveways and patios shall be cleaned of leaves and debris. Twigs and garbage shall be collected and removed from the site. One (1) lawn mowing is included in the clean up. Pruning of trees and shrubs is not part of the spring and fall clean up. Cutting back grasses and perennials in the spring is included in the cleanup.
• Snow Plowing / Salting
  Snow plowing includes clearing of the lot or driveway of snow and shoveling the walk to the front entrance. Potassium Chloride is used on concrete and salt is applied to parking lots. Plowing commences at 2 inches. Salting service occurs at our discretion.
• Mulch Installation
  Mulch is installed to a depth of 2-3" and spread evenly throughout the bed. Beds shall be weed free before the mulch is installed. Cut edge around the planting beds is recommended.
• Irrigation Services
  Start up and shut down service for irrigation systems is provided in the spring and fall of the year. Our technicians will inspect all the heads and the pressure of the system in the spring to ensure proper performance. In the fall the lines are blown out to remove any moisture to prevent freezing and the system is shut down for the winter.
• Paver Maintenance
  We power wash pavers to remove dirt and weeds in joints, top dress with sand and/or sealer to preserve the original look. Repair any areas that may have settled over time.
